The Third Time My Father Tried To Kill Me

I am responding to the small fiction, The Third Time My Father Tried to Kill Me.  I am appalled with the relationship the father has with his son.  I am fearful for the son because of his father that for some reason holds such malice for the son.  Is the son a biological son?

  1. "The third time my father tried to kill "
Am i the only one that stopped on the second page and said "oh the third time is first here, okay cool...so i guess he never learned his lesson". in the description of the first time he described the room being " as black as mothers insides". Was his mother evil in the beginning or was it black from the smoking?

  2. I do think that the son is a biological son to his father, but the way the father treated him was just harsh and very unacceptable. I feel so horrible for the son and I would really like to know his age because the third time that his father tried to kill him, the son didn't defend himself still. Even though the son talked about three events of when his father tried to kill him, I believe the father did way more to him in between the gaps of the time line. I think the father has hurt the boy way too much that the boy now became so afraid of him, that allowing his him to do what he does to him would be "safer" than trying to fight back and defend himself.
